There are people who care about waterfowl research without running an outfitting business or working in a lab. They buy the coffee, tell a friend about it, and want to stay connected to what it supports. Waterfowl Coffee Ambassadors gives that support a place in the Conservation Partner Program.
The Ambassador Track sits alongside our Outfitter Partner and Research & Management Partner tracks. It is voluntary, with an application reviewed individually. You do not need a large following or a professional title to apply.
Support on your own terms.
There is no posting quota, follower minimum, or required monthly contribution. Share the coffee when it makes sense, with people who might appreciate it. There is no cash commission attached to the program.
A public profile is optional, too. You can provide a photo or social links if you want them considered, but a public feature requires your permission. Applying does not give us permission to put your photograph on the website.
What approval provides.
Approved ambassadors receive 12.5% off eligible regular coffee and gear on one-time purchases. They also have a 10% first-order referral offer to share with someone trying Waterfowl Coffee for the first time. These offers do not stack with other discounts; direct Research Fund contributions, gift cards, and partner-only bulk items are excluded. Standard shipping applies.
Approval also provides access to the shared partner portal, bulk quote requests, and the Research Fund Flight. Qualifying bulk coffee orders receive 20% off retail through a quote and invoice. Minimums apply to each size and coffee selection, and pricing is confirmed before you pay. It is a separate ordering process from the personal discount at checkout.
The same dollar for research.
Partner pricing does not reduce the Research Fund allocation. The regular coffee bag still puts $1 into the fund. Each $250 raised opens a research grant for an undergraduate or graduate student conducting field-based waterfowl research.
That is the connection we want the program to keep clear. An ambassador can introduce someone to the coffee and explain exactly what the purchase supports. The Research Fund page sets out that model.
Start with an application.
The application asks for your name, email, and agreement to the program terms. Your region, connection to waterfowl, social links, and photo are optional. We review applications individually and follow up by email.
