Coffee is a small part of running an outfitting operation, but it is a part that gets repeated. Before the first departure, around the kitchen after a hunt, and while tomorrow's plan takes shape. A dependable order is more useful than one more thing to remember during the season.
The Outfitter Partner track is our way of working with established guides and outfitters. It puts coffee ordering and partner pricing in one place, with the same Research Fund contribution that comes with a regular bag.
For an established operation.
This track is part of the Conservation Partner Program. Applications are reviewed individually, with attention to the operation, its public credibility, and its approach to ethical hunting and care for the resource.
The application is a way to understand who you are and how the coffee would fit your operation. Optional map visibility can be considered after approval. Ordering through the program does not require a public listing.
A bag or a bulk order.
Approved outfitters receive 12.5% off eligible one-time coffee purchases, applied automatically at checkout. For larger orders, the partner portal provides a quote request with 20% off retail when the minimum for each coffee selection is met.
The bulk minimums are 12 bags in the 12 oz size, 12 bags in the 1 lb size, six bags in the 2 lb size, or one 5 lb bag. Those minimums apply per SKU, so a mixed order does not combine unrelated selections to reach a threshold.
Bulk pricing is handled by quote and invoice. Include the coffee, size, preparation, quantities, and delivery details so the price and shipping can be confirmed. The 20% rate is not an automatic markdown on an ordinary cart.
Taste before choosing the coffee.
If you are deciding what to serve, approved partners can also request the Research Fund Flight. It is a tasting order of 2 oz bags with a 12-bag minimum, handled through the same quote process. It gives you a smaller format for comparing coffees before placing a larger order.
Think about the coffee your operation actually uses: the size of the pot, how many people you serve, and whether you need Ground or Whole Bean. Those details are a useful starting point for an order.
Research in the regular routine.
Partner pricing does not reduce the fund allocation. Every regular coffee bag puts $1 into the Waterfowl Coffee Research Fund, where each $250 raised opens a student research grant. Coffee served throughout the season keeps contributing through the same straightforward model.
