Duck Club Subscription Policy

The Duck Club is a standing-order subscription program. Each cycle bills and ships on your chosen cadence of every 7, 14, 21, or 30 days at 10% off retail.

Subscriptions carry a two-shipment minimum. After your second shipment, you can pause, skip, or close your standing order at any time from your account with no fee.

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to that cycle. Changes made after billing apply to the following cycle.

To manage your standing order, sign in to your account and open Subscriptions. For help, email coffee@waterfowlcoffee.com.

Closing your standing order stops future billing and ends the recurring billing agreement.
